Is the Shopify connection safe for my store?

Yes. Ecom Forward requests read-only scopes, it can read your orders, products and payouts but cannot edit your store, change prices, or touch a customer's data. The connection is encrypted at rest.

Why does Ecom Forward's revenue sometimes differ from Shopify's 'Total sales'?

Ecom Forward excludes voided and cancelled orders and nets out returns, so its revenue lines up with Shopify's 'Net sales' view rather than gross 'Total sales'. Same labels, same numbers, match against Net sales for a penny-for-penny check.

Does it pull my historical data or only new orders?
