Your reviews are a real operating signal, a dip in your score, or a cluster of 1-star complaints about sizing, tells you something is wrong before the refunds show up. Ecom Forward pulls your reviews in so you can watch them alongside everything else.
Connecting a review platform
Go to Settings → Stores and use the Reviews & reputation card. We support:
- Judge.me, paste your private API token (Judge.me → Settings → Integrations → API tokens). Judge.me's API is on its free plan, which is why it's the easiest place to start.
- Loox, paste your Public Store ID + API secret (Loox → Settings → API Keys). Note: Loox only offers API access on its paid plans.
- Yotpo, paste your App Key + Secret (Yotpo → Store Settings).
We pull your complete published review history, so the score we show is the exact average of all your real reviews, not a sample.
Where it shows up
- Reviews tab (Performance → Reviews), your score, review feed, trends, and CSV export. When you connect more than one platform, you get a per-platform breakdown and can zoom into any single source.
- Dashboard, a Reputation tile with your blended score.
- Ford, ask him about your reviews; he reads the same data and can offer to create a task to reply to a bad one.
Negative-review alerts
When a new 1- or 2-star review lands, Ford can email you (and push to your phone). It's on by default and fully customizable under the Reputation topic in Ford's alerts, set the sensitivity (1★ only vs 1-2★) or turn it off.
