How the Judge.me connection works.

Connect Judge.me by pasting a private API token from your Judge.me settings. Ecom Forward live-tests the token before saving and then pulls your complete review history, so the score it shows is the exact average of every real review.

Read-only & encrypted. This connection is read-only and encrypted. Ecom Forward only reads data, it never posts, sends, edits, or changes anything in your account.

Is the score Ecom Forward shows accurate?

Yes, exactly. Judge.me's API returns your complete published review history, so Ecom Forward's cached copy is the full set. The score is the true average of every real review, not a sample.

Will I get spammed with alerts when I first connect?

No. Negative-review alerts only fire for newly-posted 1-2 star reviews, so connecting a profile with years of history won't bury you in old complaints.

Does Judge.me's API cost extra?

No. Judge.me's API is available on its free plan, which is why it's the default review source. You paste one read-only token and you're done.
