How the Loox connection works.

Connect Loox by pasting your Public Store ID and your API secret key, both from Loox admin under API Keys. Ecom Forward live-tests the credentials before saving.

Read-only & encrypted. This connection is read-only and encrypted. Ecom Forward only reads data, it never posts, sends, edits, or changes anything in your account.

Do I need a paid Loox plan to connect?

Yes. Loox gates its API behind its Convert and Unlimited plans, so you'll need one of those to generate an API key. This is a cost on your Loox subscription, not on Ecom Forward, and Judge.me's free API is the no-extra-cost alternative.

Can I run Loox and Judge.me at the same time?

Yes. When more than one review source is connected, Ecom Forward shows a blended score weighted by review count, plus a per-platform breakdown so you can zoom into either one.

What does Ecom Forward read from Loox?

Read-only: your published product reviews, the aggregate score, and the review count. It never posts, requests, or edits reviews.
