How the Yotpo connection works.

Connect Yotpo by pasting your App Key (Store ID) and your Secret key from Yotpo's store settings. Ecom Forward live-tests them before saving.

Read-only & encrypted. This connection is read-only and encrypted. Ecom Forward only reads data, it never posts, sends, edits, or changes anything in your account.

Does Yotpo's API need a particular plan?

API access varies by Yotpo plan. If your plan exposes the Reviews API, you generate an App Key and Secret in Yotpo settings and paste them in. If it doesn't, Judge.me's free API is a no-extra-cost alternative.

How fresh is the review data?

Yotpo's reporting has a documented short delay, so a brand-new review can take up to about an hour to appear. Ecom Forward syncs nightly and only fires an alert on a genuinely new low-star review.

Is the connection read-only?

Yes. Ecom Forward reads reviews, the score, and counts, it never writes, requests, or replies to reviews on your behalf.
