Goals and Forecast are the two halves of “am I going to hit my number?” Both live under Finance in the sidebar.
Goals
Set a target for the month on the metrics you care about, revenue, profit, orders, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, and (for the ad-focused) CPA and break-even ROAS. You only set the ones you want; the rest stay blank.
- Open Finance → Goals, pick a store and month.
- Set targets for the metrics you care about. Currency targets accept any currency and convert on save.
- Save. Each metric now shows live pacing.
Each metric card shows where you are, a projection for month-end, and a status, Hit, On pace, Behind, or Off track, with a plain-English explanation on hover. For “lower is better” metrics like CPA and break-even ROAS, beating the target (coming in under it) counts as a hit. There's a history table of past months so you can see your hit rate.
Note
Forecast
Finance → Forecastprojects where the current month will land. It doesn't just draw a straight line from today's pace, it also looks at last year's shape for the same month, so a month that always finishes strong (or slow) projects more realistically. You also get a clean year-over-year comparison and how you're pacing against the goal you set.
Hits land in your monthly recap
The monthly ROI recap email reports which goals you hit and missed, so the scoreboard comes to you at the start of each month.
