The Dashboard is the detailed, scrollable grid of your whole business — every KPI, chart, and signal in one place. It sits just below your Command Center in the sidebar: the Command Center is your at-a-glance cockpit (and where Ford lives), while the Dashboard is where you go to dig into the numbers. Both are live — no refresh button to hunt for.
Top-to-bottom layout
- KPI hero — six tiles: Revenue, Orders, Ad Spend, Profit, ROAS, Margin — each with week-over-week delta and per-day sparkline.
- Today Live — running revenue and order count for today, auto-refreshing.
- Monthly goal — pacing bar showing whether you're ahead or behind on revenue goal.
- Needs Attention — top-ranked signals that actually need a decision today.
- Setup checklist (new accounts only) — until your integrations are wired, this takes priority.
- Recent activity — recent syncs, edits, and audit events.
- Days of data badge — earliest date you have daily entries for. Your data moat, made visible.
KPI tiles explained
Every tile shows the current-period value on top, a delta vs the prior period (e.g. this week vs last week), and a tiny sparkline of per-day values. Tiles color-flip — ad spend is green when it drops (lower cost = good), revenue is green when it rises (more income = good).
Click the date range in the top-right to switch between 7d / 30d / MTD / QTD / YTD / Custom. Click Customize to show or hide individual tiles, or click Edit layout to drag tiles to rearrange them and drag a tile's bottom-right corner to resize it — your arrangement is saved to your account, and each teammate keeps their own (Reset layout restores the default; editing is desktop-only — phones stack the tiles in one column). You can also add your own custom-metric tiles (e.g. a CAC or a margin formula you care about), and click a tile's Trends to pop out a trend chart for that KPI.
Note
Needs Attention
This is the highest-leverage part of the Dashboard. Our signal engine continuously scans your data for issues that need a decision today — and ranks them by severity:
- Alert (red) — a product is about to stock out, a day ran at a loss, a platform lost connection.
- Watchout (amber) — ROAS is trending down, a goal is slipping, margin is compressing.
- Win (green) — a product is trending up, a goal was hit, efficiency improved.
Click any signal to drill into the underlying data. Click Create task to turn it into a kanban card immediately.
Tip
Monthly goal pacing
If you've set a monthly revenue goal (Finance → Goals), the Dashboard shows:
- Progress bar — how far through the goal you are.
- % complete — the fraction you've hit so far.
- Days ahead / behind — vs the linear pace needed to hit the goal on the last day of the month.
If you're ahead, the bar is green. Behind, it shifts toward amber. Forecasting doesn't just use linear pacing — it also looks at last year's monthly shape (see Forecast & goals).
Today Live
Shopify revenue and orders since midnight UTC, fetched on demand (not from the nightly sync). Click Refresh for an on-the-spot update. For continuous monitoring, leave the tab open — it auto-refreshes every few minutes.
On mobile
The Dashboard is responsive but heavy. For a 10-second peek from your phone, use the mobile /today view — a phone-first summary stripped down to one priority number and one watch.
