Your AI team works best when it knows your brand. Brand files lets you upload the documents that explain it, your brand guide, tone-of-voice doc, product sheets, lookbook, anything, and your agents read each one and use it as context. Their scripts, emails, listings and answers then sound like you, without you re-explaining your brand every time.
How to upload a file
- Open AI Team → Brand Brain and scroll to the Brand files card.
- Drop a file onto the box, or click it to choose one.
- It uploads, then shows Reading… while your team reads it. When it flips to Ready, the file is part of your team's context.
What happens to the file
As soon as a file is uploaded, Ford reads it once and writes a short brand brief, your voice, your rules and no-go's, visual guidelines, key product facts. That brief is fed to every brand-aware agent (your creative, email, listings, CRO, research and support agents) as well as Ford himself. The file is treated as reference only, your agents use it to understand your brand, never as instructions to follow blindly.
Which store a file applies to
Each file belongs to the store you're viewing by default (shown as This store). If you run more than one store, tick Apply uploads to all my stores before uploading to share a file across all of them, or use Apply to allon a file later. A file set to all stores reaches every store's agents.

Tip
Manage your files
On the same card you can downloada file (a secure, private link, these aren't public) or delete one. Your uploaded files also appear in your Knowledge Vault as nodes connected to Ford, so you can see exactly what your team is drawing on.
