The daily team debrief
A debrief is Ford's short “board meeting” write-up: what the team got done recently, what stands out in your numbers right now (revenue, ROAS, conversion, refunds, read straight from your real data), and the one or two things he'd focus on today.
- Run a team debrief, writes one immediately and opens it in the reader.
- Daily debrief(the checkbox), switch it on and Ford writes one automatically each morning. It's off by default.
Ask Ford to note this
Click Ask Ford to note this, type what you want captured, e.g. “we're low on the bestseller, flag a reorder before the weekend”, and Ford writes it up as a clean note in the same library. Notes are tagged 📝 Note; debriefs are 🧠 Debrief.
Reading & managing
Documents are listed newest-first on the left; click one to read it on the right. Each shows when it was written and (for a debrief) the dates it covers. Use Deletein the reader to remove a document you don't need.
